Reporting to a dedicated, engaged Board of Directors, you will lead with heart and vision—building powerful community partnerships, championing programs that heal, and restoring hope where it’s needed most.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead ARJAA with integrity and visionary leadership, taking full ownership of fund development through expert grant writing and strategic stewardship of funding relationships to secure and grow financial sustainability.

  • Empower and motivate a passionate team of staff and volunteers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

  • Cultivate deep community connections that amplify ARJAA’s impact and extend its influence through impactful storytelling

  • Be the visible, active presence in the community, creating momentum for justice and healing.

  • Manage budgets and resources with responsible fiscal stewardship alongside the Board and Treasurer

  • Foster a strong, transparent partnership with the Board of Directors, propelling ARJAA’s growth and strategic vision.

  • Represent ARJAA with passion and authenticity, serving as a bold ambassador embodying the innovative spirit and transformative power of restorative justice.
